Fundamentals of Management

The aim of the course is to give students general knowledge about the basic principles and functions of management. In particular, to study the nature of organizational culture and structure, the functions and role of the manager in the process of planning, decision-making and quality management of the strategy required for the implementation of the mission of the same organization.
