Teaching is changing all the time. Teachers in the twenty-first century have to cope with an ever-changing technological environment. Teachers have to work out creative and evidence-based ways of improving what they do. Is teaching treated as a design profession?

The answer is yes. In an information-rich era, a teacher must find methods to involve students in the learning process, and this is possible only with the use of design and creativity tools

Absolutely. The teaching assumes the ability to self-improvement and self-development (those are very important criteria of design profession).
