Good news from Panopto! You can use screen recorder without any charge and download your video without any payment. Easy to make and use.
Unfortunately, it is not the "killing feature" of Panopto. And we can not use full functionality of it without a charge. And really big charge...
We used Panopto during our visit to the University of Porto in 2018. I had a good first impression, but this programm is rather expensive for the university and there are not so many teachers who create video lectures. I couldn't upload video from Panopto, so I think that it is the main disadvantage. If you don't prolong the subscription you lose your video.
