Active Learning and ICT-enhanced teaching: M-learning and gamification
The topic forum is aimed at introducing the participating teachers to the method of Gamified class activities and application of mobile devices inside and outside the classroom. It will enable the participating teachers to use effectively innovative learning technologies for promoting students' active learning. The innovative method of gamification as an educational strategy is used for motivating students to learn by elaborating gaming mechanics or video game design elements in learning environments.
The following topics are planned to be discussed: gamification, M-learning, and virtual reality, M-learning and augmented reality, and designing a gamified intervention.
